JART Direct Mail started as a small family business in 1978. Art Jensen, a former burned out engineer, saw a real need for small businesses to be able to manage their customers by computer. Mr Jensen wrote several programs to manage mail lists, databases and provide a computer service to businesses that otherwise did not have computer capabilities. This home based business grew large enough to Incorporate and purchase a 4000 square foot facility in 1985.
Much of JART Direct Mail's growth is attributed to our computer capabilities. Most of our competition has had to incorporate computers into their production while we have always provided computer services. With the Postal Service's push for automation, barcoding and address enhancement, we stand to have an advantage.
